Use of Service

GoOn provides a waitlist signup for an upcoming application. Joining the waitlist does not create a binding agreement or guarantee access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to submit false or misleading information through the signup form.

Intellectual Property

The GoOn name, logo, and brand are proprietary. Content submitted by users (e.g., dare proposals submitted for review) may be used at GoOn's discretion for the purpose of building the application's challenge pool.

Payment Terms

Payments for dare submissions or other features are processed via Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service as the payment processor.

Limitation of Liability

GoOn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoOn shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
